Inspirit believes passionately that service users have a much greater chance of success when they come to understand themselves within a psychologically informed framework. Therapeutic outcomes can be achieved from educational aims.
Inspirit’s founder members designed, developed and delivered the innovative NEXT Project which was the first ever programme for former clients of drug & alcohol services to become project workers in the field. The programme combined professional training with deep, personal development opportunities and learning. Inspirit have many years experience in developing psychologically informed programmes. All staff work with an awareness of the impact of trauma on behviour, we work with individuals, seeking to support understanding of how best to manage physical and psychological responses.
