“My experience of training with Inspirit has been truly unique and transformational. Their approach to learning on a professional and personal level is so different to anything I had experienced before. Learning with Inspirit doesn’t feel like a tick box approach as many courses often do, there is a feeling of co-creation and sharing knowledge on all levels, traditional power hierarchy between ‘facilitator/teacher’ and ‘learner/student’ is approached in a way which feels empowering and anti-oppressive.

Inspirit encouraged me to step into my own power of knowledge and experience, I felt valued on many levels which meant I felt more invested in owning and taking responsibility for my own learning experience. The complexity of how the group and individual experience is considered and acknowledged happens in such a way that I feel it creates the possibility for deeply powerful experiential learning. The variety of content and styles of learning which are offered and explored are excellent and inspiring. There is not a one size fits all approach. Training with Inspirit was a holistic experience, I feel I developed professionally and connected and explored a lot of myself personally, it was an experience of growth.”
