Learning methodology
This is a self-directed learning course. This means that there is a shared responsibility between participants for meeting the course given outcomes (the givens) laid out in the course outline. The process of working towards these provides ample opportunity for learning and personal growth and as such is a very challenging environment. Prospective participants should think carefully about embarking on the course and consider their level of emotional stability. Not everyone enjoys this kind of learning environment. There will be opportunities to ask questions and test your preference at the group interview. It is a truly a 2-way interview – you must assess if this is the right course for you.
