Inspirit – Managing Participation Training


Inspirit has developed a unique model for managing participation, coproduction and service user involvement. It combines the Arnstein “Ladder of Involvement” with a “Process” model that enables organisations to analyse how they are currently managing participation, identify gaps and systematically plan and implement improvements.

Our one-day “Managing Participation” training is available in-house and is suitable for organisation managers and staff as well as mentors and service user representatives.
